Fringe halter dress by Lilli Diamond. Halter v-neck dress with ruched waistband has rockstar stage presence with a fringed bodice and long fringe skirt with lots of movement.  Hook-and-eye at back neck, with back zipper and hook-and-eye closure. Fully lined with back vent. We would wear with a sleek black bob and an armful of Whiting & Davis snake bracelets. Black.
