At Recess, we want you to love what you wear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags. Our streamlined process ensures that finding your perfect fit is as effortless as our aesthetic.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging and secure the pre-paid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Drop Off the Shipment

  Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location within 7 days of starting your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
